Public Speaking Practice Sessions
Want to gain experience and confidence to become a more effective public speaker? Whether you are preparing for a presentation for class or a conference or just want to grow more comfortable in front of an audience, you are invited to monthly public speaking practice sessions at the Commons Library.
What to expect: You will speak for up to 10 minutes in front of a supportive audience of university staff and fellow participants. You can bring a presentation you are working on or be given an easy prompt. You will receive constructive feedback from John Weeren, founding director of Princeton Writes and former speechwriter for Shirley Tilghman, Princeton University's 19th president.
